Welcome to APA Powerlifting. The APA (American Powerlifting Association) is among the top leading powerlifting federations in the USA. The WPA (World Powerlifting Alliance) is our International Arm. The WPA is one of the largest International Powerlifting Organizations in the world consisting of over 60 nations. We have stood the time test since 1986! We started on a small scale and held a few events in 1986. By 1987 the federation was in full force and had International Affiliates!
The APA is a leading powerlifting federation created by the lifter and for the lifter. APA Powerlifting provides the opportunity to showcase the result of their hard efforts in a very competitive environment among the highest standards in the sport of powerlifting.
